At Pachouli, we are committed to providing high-quality education and a fair, transparent refund process. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which fees paid to Pachouli may be refunded or transferred, and the process to request such a refund.
This policy applies to all programmes offered by Pachouli — School of Aesthetics, Nutrition & Wellness.
To confirm your seat in a programme, a booking amount of 30–40% of the total programme fee is required upfront. This booking amount is treated as follows:
If you cancel your enrolment, the following refund schedule applies. All calculations are based on the total programme fee paid (excluding the booking amount and non-refundable items listed below):

| After batch starts, within first 15% of programme duration | 30% of fees paid (excluding booking amount) |
| After 15% of programme duration is complete | No refund |

We understand that life sometimes interrupts learning. In cases of serious medical conditions or other genuine exceptional circumstances (bereavement, relocation, etc.), we may offer:
All such requests must be submitted in writing to info@pachouliinstitute.com with supporting documentation (medical certificate from a registered practitioner, relocation proof, etc.). Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
